This painting captures a familiar scene on the shore of the marsh at Hidden Valley, where a spit of land creates a small cove, shltered under the arching canopy of the forest.
This painting was created for submission to the “Hidden Valley Revealed” commemorative exhibition at Homer Watson House & Gallery, celebrating not only the landscape, but the late artist Daphne Nicholls and her love for the valley.
